Warranty Policy

At Altis E-Bike, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, limitations, and procedures for warranty claims related to products purchased directly from Altis E-Bike.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

Altis E-Bike warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance during the applicable warranty period.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

2. Warranty Periods

E-Bike Frame
  • Covered for 2 years from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Electrical Components

The following components are covered for 1 year from the date of delivery:

  • Motor
  • Controller
  • Display
  • Wiring harness
  • Throttle
  • Pedal assist sensors
Battery
  • Covered for 1 year from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty coverage applies only when the battery is used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Components and Accessories

The following are covered for 90 days from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects:

  • Lights
  • Chargers
  • Kickstands
  • Fenders
  • Racks
  • Other factory-installed accessories

3. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defective materials
  • Faulty workmanship
  • Failure of covered components under normal use

If a covered defect is confirmed, Altis E-Bike may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the product,
  • Replace the defective component,
  • Provide a comparable replacement,
  • Issue store credit where appropriate.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or paint chips
  • Tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, bearings, and other consumable parts
  • Improper assembly
  • Improper maintenance
  • Neglect or abuse
  • Commercial or rental use
  • Accidents, crashes, or impact damage
  • Water damage resulting from improper use
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Damage caused by improper charging or battery storage
  • Use contrary to the owner’s manual or safety instructions

5. Battery Warranty Exclusions

Battery performance naturally decreases over time.

The following are not considered warranty defects:

  • Normal reduction in battery capacity due to age or use
  • Improper charging practices
  • Storage outside recommended temperature ranges
  • Physical damage to the battery
  • Water intrusion
  • Unauthorized battery modifications

6. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Altis E-Bike customer support.
  2. Provide your order number and proof of purchase.
  3. Describe the issue in detail.
  4. Submit photographs or videos if requested.
  5. Follow any troubleshooting instructions provided by our support team.

Customers may be required to return the defective component for inspection.

7. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If a warranty claim is approved:

  • Replacement parts may be shipped at no charge within the warranty period.
  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products or components unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

8. Replacement Parts

Any replacement component provided under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altis E-Bike shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages
  • Incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of use
  • Loss of income
  • Personal injury arising from misuse of products

Altis E-Bike’s total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

10. Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated herein, Altis E-Bike disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so certain limitations may not apply to you.

11. State Law Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
