1. Shipping Coverage

Altis E-Bike currently ships throughout the United States.

We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and applicable shipping regulations.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

3. Shipping Rates

United States
  • Free Standard Shipping on all e-bike orders within the continental United States.
  • Accessories and parts may qualify for free shipping depending on order value and promotional offers.
International Orders

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Package size and weight
  • Shipping carrier
  • Customs requirements

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

United States
  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
International
  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Customers may track their shipment using the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.

6. Signature Requirements

Certain high-value items, including electric bicycles, may require an adult signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment if a signature is required.

7. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs inspections
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • High shipping volumes
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Altis E-Bike is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect information may be subject to reshipping charges.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
  2. Take photographs of the packaging and damaged item(s).
  3. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to assist with carrier claims.

10. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost or missing:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first.
  • Contact Altis E-Bike with your order number and tracking information.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

11. International Customs and Import Duties

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or GST
  • Brokerage or clearance fees

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated.

Customers are solely responsible for any such charges imposed by their country.

12. Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the customer:

  • Shipping charges may not be refunded.
  • Return shipping fees and carrier charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.
  • Additional restocking fees may apply.

13. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products, including lithium-ion batteries, may be subject to shipping restrictions in some locations due to transportation regulations.

Altis E-Bike reserves the right to cancel or modify shipments that cannot legally be delivered to a destination.

14. Ownership and Risk of Loss

Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

Customers assume responsibility for products after successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
